Returns Policy

The customer has the right to cancel their order within seven days of receipt of the goods. All goods must be as received, packaged and unused. The customer is liable for any return postage or packaging costs. On receipt of the returned goods the customer shall be reimbursed after inspection of the returned goods, for the total cost of the goods (not including delivery) by Beda Bathrooms Limited, by way of the same method purchased where possible. Any returns should be pre arranged by contacting Beda Bathrooms Limited by Postal Mail, Telephone or Email. Customers shall be advised prior to purchase of any special order goods that may not be returnable or carry a surcharge or re-stocking charge.

General Conditions

We shall not be liable to you where performance of any of our obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by reason of acts of God, war and other hostilities, civil commotion, accident, strikes, lock outs, trade disputes, acts or restraints of Government, imposition or restrictions of imports or exports or any other cause not within the reasonable control of Beda Bathrooms Ltd.
If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, all other parts of these terms and conditions shall not be affected and shall remain in force. Beda Bathrooms Ltd will do all that it reasonably can to meet the date given for delivery. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, beyond the reasonable control of Beda Bathrooms Ltd, Beda Bathrooms Ltd may not be able to do so. In such circumstances Beda Bathrooms Ltd will contact the Customer and agree an alternative date.
The Customer will also do all that he/she reasonably can to enable the delivery to take place on the given date. In the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Customer the Customer may not be able to do so. In such circumstances the Customer will contact Beda Bathrooms Ltd and agree and alternative date.
​As soon as Beda Bathrooms Ltd has delivered the goods, the Customer will be responsible for their safekeeping and Beda Bathrooms Ltd will not be responsible for any damage or fault arising from incorrect storage. If the Customer delays a delivery, Beda Bathrooms Ltd ‘s responsibility for everything other than damage due to its negligence will end on the date Beda Bathrooms Ltd agreed to deliver them as set out in the contract.

Ownership of the goods shall remain with Beda Bathrooms Ltd and shall not pass to the Customer until the agreed price for them, together with all other sums due from the Customer to Beda Bathrooms Ltd, have been paid in full. To the extent permitted by law, Beda Bathrooms Ltd accepts no liability for any loss, damage or injury arising as a consequence of the advice provided.

These terms and conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the English Courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between us. Contracts are made and accepted subject to these Conditions of Sale.
